I began collecting postcards in mid-August of 2013, after looking through my aunt's collection and thinking it seemed like a fun hobby. Along the way, something obviously went very wrong.

Card Text Back: Wild Elk Herd, Jackson Hole, Wyoming - The world's largest elk herd, of between six and seven thousands, migrates each winter from the surrounding high mountains down into Jackson Hole. When the snow is deep, the herd is fed hay by the government wild-life officials. Teton peaks in background.
