I began collecting postcards in mid-August of 2013, after looking through my aunt's collection and thinking it seemed like a fun hobby. Along the way, something obviously went very wrong.

Card Text Back: National Bison Range Exhibition Elk - Bison are corralled nearby and deer run loose. Large numbers are on this open range, scenically situated by the Mission Mountain. Fine picnic facilities are open to the public. There were only 20 wild bison left when Teddy Roosevelt set aside the Range in 1908.
