Card Text Front: Florida Alligator
Card Text Back: The Florida Alligator is found throughout the State, being most numerous in the Florida everglades. They inhabit the swamp recesses usually near streams, rivers or lakes. They have been found often in built up urban areas such as Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. They hatch their eggs laid in groups of 20 to 60 and can live for 200 years and can grow 12 ft. in length. Laws have been exacted protecting these saurians, to guard against possibly extinction.
