I began collecting postcards in mid-August of 2013, after looking through my aunt's collection and thinking it seemed like a fun hobby. Along the way, something obviously went very wrong.

Species: Buffalo

Card Text Back: The stately buffalo, or North American Bison. This huge animal, which once roamed the western plains in tremendous herds and played a lead role in the early history of the west, became nearly extinct. Today 1000 of them live peacefully in the beautiful Wind Cave National Park of South Dakota.
