I began collecting postcards in mid-August of 2013, after looking through my aunt's collection and thinking it seemed like a fun hobby. Along the way, something obviously went very wrong.

Card Text Back: El Alamein Fountain - King's Cross - Sydney - A long-standing feature of "The Cross" are the pigeons in Fitzroy Park. The pigeons gather daily in their hundreds around 1 pm, to be fed with corn by a benevolent lady and having fed, proceed to quench their thirst with the cool water from the fountain.
